Membership year runs January through December. Dues received after September 1 will be credited to the following
year. Please be sure to complete all appropriate sections of the membership application form. Fields marked

COMMITEES: Check any committees on which you would like to serve. This information will be passed on to the incoming SDLA president for formation of next year's committee members.

*DUES SCHEDULE: Sliding scale based on income for library-related positions for personal dues, and
based on annual library budget for institutional dues. Dues can be paid online using a Visa or MasterCard credit card. SDLA
utilizes Authorize.net as its' payment gateway.
PERSONAL DUES: Librarians, support staff, retired members, trustee, friends of libraries,
and other individuals. Only personal members receive member rates at conference. New members are those who have
not been active for the past five years. New members use the following schedule then deduct 50%.
